Groups
Group psychotherapy offers a unique opportunity for growth, connection, and meaningful change. In a supportive and confidential setting, members can gain insight into patterns that may affect their relationships, practice new ways of communicating, and receive thoughtful feedback from others. The relationships that develop within the group can provide a powerful opportunity to better understand how we relate to ourselves and to the people in our lives. For many people, group therapy can be an effective way to increase self-awareness, strengthen interpersonal skills, and develop more authentic and satisfying relationships.
